You will be responsible for establishing the support team within the Operations Center, leading it to excellence and assuring the delivery of world-class support to Panorays’ customers and partners.

The mission of a Customer Success Manager is to establish a trusting relationship with our enterprise-level customers. This includes managing the entire customer lifecycle, from leading PoCs as the product specialist, through ensuring a successful onboarding of new customers, to providing value throughout the relationship up until renewal.
